Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

 

Free Exchange for a Different Size

Free exchanges are available on any wearable items that do not fit. Shirts can be returned in a similar package, but items like jewelry need to be returned in the boxes they were shipped to you in to prevent damage during shipping.

Before returning an item, please send us an email letting us know whether you need a smaller or larger size. We will send a PDF return shipping label, and as soon as the item is on its way back to us, we will send the new size your way.

 

Refunds

Returns on all other items are accepted within the first 30 days. Unless the item was damaged during shipping or the wrong item was sent (in which case a free return shipping label will be sent), you are responsible for the cost of shipping. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Refunds are not available on custom items or digital downloads. For all other items, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although your refund will be submitted as soon as we receive the item, the refund will not be instantaneous and will depend on your credit card or bank’s processing time.

 

Other Exchanges

We only replace the same item. If you purchased an item then decided you want a different one, please proceed with a refund and then purchase your new item when you’re ready.

 

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can return the item for a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, unfortunately, we can only send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order, even if the item was listed with free shipping, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

While you can pick your own shipping method, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items. Only items that arrived undamaged can be refunded.
