Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
Free Exchange for a Different Size
Free exchanges are available on any wearable items that do not fit. Shirts can be returned in a similar package, but items like jewelry need to be returned in the boxes they were shipped to you in to prevent damage during shipping.
Before returning an item, please send me an email letting me know whether you need a smaller or larger size. I will send a PDF return shipping label, and as soon as the item is on its way back to me, I will send the new size your way.
Returns on all other items are accepted within the first 30 days. Unless the item was damaged during shipping or the wrong item was sent (in which case a free return shipping label will be sent), you are responsible for the cost of shipping. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
Refunds are not available on custom items or digital downloads. For all other items, a credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment. Although your refund will be submitted as soon as the item is received, the refund will not be instantaneous and will depend on your credit card or bank’s processing time.
If you purchased an item and then decided you want a different one, please proceed with a refund and then purchase your new item when you’re ready.
If you bought and shipped a gift to yourself, you can return the item like a normal return. If you were given a gift or someone shipped the gift directly to you, I can only send a refund to the person who placed the order.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order, even if the item was listed with free shipping, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
While you can pick your own shipping method, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items. Only items that arrived undamaged can be refunded.
